Volunteering is a rewarding way to give your time and talents to support our bold goal to reduce the current number of breast cancer deaths in the U.S. by 50 percent by 2026. Volunteers provide countless hours contributing their skills to further the Susan G. Komen Promise. Every minute you spend helping gives another minute of hope to those affected by breast cancer.

We offer year-round volunteer opportunities in Grand Rapids, Lansing, Kalamazoo, and other areas throughout Michigan.

Volunteers help us engage our 24 county service area through a variety of different ways and are held in the highest regard because their crucial work and passion are what make our work possible!

opportunities include:

  • Events and fundraisers
  • office support and administrative tasks
  • Community outreach
  • Advocacy and public policy
