Reporting Timeline and Documents
All 6 month progress and final reports must be submitted through GeMS. Please use the link above to access the GeMS website.
First and Third Quarter Excel reports are due August 1, 2016 and February 1, 2017 respectively.
Additionally, grantees must submit brief monthly updates via email reporting on grant objective progress, challenges, upcoming events, and progress on finding a grant recipient willing to share their story for site visit videos.
Grant Changes/Grant Amendments
All current Komen Michigan grantees are required to inform the Affiliate of any significant changes related to their funded project. All grant amendments must be submitted through GeMS.
